Sauna helps to relieve stress. It relaxes muscles and soothes aches and pains in both muscles and joints. Sauna flushes toxins and cleans the skin. Furthermore, it induces a deeper sleep and brings about recreational and social benefits.

What is the difference between Sauna and Steam?

Both saunas and steam rooms uses high heat to promote sweating and reduce muscle tension. The most significant difference between the two is that steam rooms generate moist heat while saunas provide dry heat.  Saunas are much hotter with a temperature that ranges from 160 to 200 °F with a humidity level of only 5-30% while steam rooms are kept at around 100 to 120°F with a humidity level of 100%.

What are the benefits of hot and cold bath therapy?

You can plunge into our cold and hot plunge pools after sauna or steam heat treatments. Cold-water immersion is known to treat a number of ailments and is popular among athletes, as they reduce muscle soreness and pain after workout. A hot bath is used for relaxation while relieving tension, stress and muscle pain. The temperature of the water also helps to increase circulation throughout the body; it stimulates sweating and eliminates toxins.

Moving from hot to cold water causes the rush of blood flow to the muscle causing it to expand and contract that releases toxins from the muscles. This also helps to stimulate muscle tone, soothes sensory nerve endings and it increases the flexibility in joints. Our facilities include 2 Finnish Sauna rooms, 1 room is exclusively for women and the other for men and women. Both are capable of comfortably seating 25 people.


Steam Room

We have 2 Turkish Steam rooms, 1 room is exclusively for women and the other for men and women. Both are capable of comfortably seating 25 people.

Hot & Cold Pool

Our 2 covered hot & cold pluge pools are located on the left and right side of the premises, where one side is intended for the exclusive use of all women.
