Fitness & Muay Thai
313 Fitness Center offers TRX, Kettle-bells, Calisthenics, Body Blast and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We provide courses to lose weight, get rid of the big belly, and train for cool six packs and other body sculpting goals.
Muay Thai, organized by our specialist team, having long experience in the field is at the core of our fitness classes. There are many benefits to training in Muay Thai or Thai Boxing aside from the obvious self-defense application; you will notice an increase in physical strength, coordination, and stamina development. You will also notice improvements in your determination, patience, and self-control. This type of training speeds up the metabolic rate and burns off excess fat as well as conditions the muscular structure and strength of the human body. Eventually, you will notice a decrease in fat, an overall physical difference, and an overall improvement with your sense of confidence.
