New Year’s resolutions are fun to make and say you will do but can be extremely difficult to maintain.
Every January, one in three people choice to better themselves in some way or another. A smaller percentage of people actually commit to their resolutions. While about 75% of people stick to their goals for at least a week, less than half (46%) are still on target six months later, studies have found.
It's hard to keep up the motivation months after you have cleaned up from the festive celebrations, but nothing is impossible. This year, pick one of your worthy resolutions, and stick with it. It is your health and your life!
